Previously purchased HLB jewelry may be exchanged for full value for new inventory after 6 months for no more than ½ the value of a new purchase with a final balance of no less than $300.

Returning customers may request a pick-box sent by mail at any time. Please enjoy the jewelry, review the descriptions and prices and make your choices within 2-3 days. If you are returning previously purchased items include a separate list with the item numbers and wholesale price from the original invoice. When packing the jewelry to send back to us please use the same box and be sure that the pieces are packed tightly, safely and securely so they do not shift while en route to us. If an item is returned broken or damage you are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.

We guarantee our craftsmanship and if damage should occur for reasons not your own please contact us directly. In most cases you can just ship the item to us and we'll fix it for you free of charge. However, we use delicate and precious materials that must be properly cared for. We do not take responsibility for damages due to improper care of an item. Some pieces contain organic and natural materials which are likely to undergo change with time; they may fade or darken due to contact with the natural oils on our skin.

Any item may be lengthened or shortened. In most cases we do not charge a fee.

If your check is returned for any reason you must pay the original check amount plus a $25 returned check service charge, preferably with cash or certified funds. Under California's Bad Check Law #1, a person who has written a check to another person or business can be required to pay the amount of the check and either a statutory service charge or a statutory penalty if the check is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. The right to a service charge is lost once the payee becomes entitled to a penalty after being mailed a demand. If your check bounces, you are liable for up to three times the amount of the check or $100.00, whichever is greater, plus the face value of the check and any court costs.
